the point of the business is that the content in success university is always updated on a daily basis. and the point? well you can never stop developing yourself, which is true. therefore, your case study only covers the numbers game part. it does not actually cover the conceptual theories of success university and its goals and the content and why members stay and why they leave. i can only assume they leave success university because they are not making money, which happens to any one who fails to succeed in a business opportunity. if they stay, well they learn more and more to be a better person and they make money. the key is good marketing, that's all. the product sells itself and obviously the goal is to go hard at promoting this business for a good year. at that point, you won't really have to work ever again. so the question is, how bad do you want it? if you want it bad, you will do more than just break even, you will actually work hard to make sure your team is doing well, and yu are doing well.

there's a reason why in other countries there are offices for this business and they meet regularly. it's a business, so treat it like one, not as a way to make money on the side. if you want to do that, go sell products.

Annie: for every 6 persons, you earn $40. Example: If you have 18 persons anywhere in your team. 1st 6 = $40, 2nd 6 = $40, 3rd 6 = $40, you earn $120. Example: If you have 17 persons anywhere in your team. If its 1st 6 = $40, 2nd 6 = $40, then 5 persons = $0. You earn $80.
